Overview
The East London Hotel is located in the heart of Bethnal Green, in the trendy area of Shoreditch among a host of trendy bars and restaurants, while remaining only 13 minutes from Central London by tube. The hotel itself is comprised of 161 modern guests rooms as well as its own private restaurant serving up an array of snacks available throughout the day.
Umi Digital was appointed as the website partner early on in the business’s evolution and worked with the team to shape a dynamic and easy-to-use platform to convert direct business. As the brand evolved, the site has adapted to cater for new content and design.
Working with Umi Digital
The team at Umi Digital were tasked with creating a new bespoke website. The hotel was in the early build stages when the first designs were being discussed, making the whole process even more exciting to follow as we could hand pick the best tech and suggest things to the hotel without legacy considerations. The design team worked closely with the branding team throughout the process. The website was completed in the summer of 2018 and has enjoyed fantastic levels of direct business and repeat custom. The deep integrations with CRM have enabled a loyalty program to thrive.
