The Resident are a four-star hotel group with properties across London and Liverpool. Umi have been working on their website design, development, support, and digital advertising. We have been delivering incredibly strong results on both branded and discovery campaigns in 2022. So far, the main achievements have been expanding the campaigns to target new markets and build awareness. In terms of social media, we have created seasonal campaigns as well as flash sales influenced by their revenue management team.
