If you work in the youth travel sector, you will be well aware that every year, the British Youth Travel Awards (BYTA) run by BETA honour those making a significant contribution to the sector across twelve categories.
These awards raise the profile of the sector and recognise the work going on in the youth, student and educational travel industry. umi Digital have been announced as a finalist in the 2013 Best Support Service category for all the digital projects we have worked on with youth travel organisations. We’re so proud and have everything crossed for us to win the award at the glittering ceremony in December.
The comprehensive entry submission had to demonstrate the delivery of a successful customer experience, improvements to products and the creation of new products that used innovative thinking to bring in business. Being a specialist marketing agency for the travel sector, we’ve worked with clients including Smart City Hostels, HOAX Liverpool, WYSE Travel Confederation and Experio Life so we are lucky to have a lot of experience and achievements to talk about.
